Our products are made with organic essential oils and can be extremely strong on the skin. We make sure to use dilutions and appropriate amounts to avoid reactions, but everyone is different. This product is not recommended for those who cannot tolerate raw essential oil on the skin. Please test a small spot on the hand prior to using our handmade goods. ENFORCED POTION LLC is not responsible for any skin sensitivities. If skin sensitivities happen stop immediate use. We are more than willing to get you a different product that does not cause you skin irritation! Please reach out to us right away.

A product made with essential oils is not recommended for those with sensitive skin. ENFORCED POTION LLC . products are made with raw essential oils. A skin test is always recommended prior to using our products made with essential oils.  It is encouraged to place a small amount of the topical product (scrubs, salts, elixirs, lotions, oils, bodywash) on the inside of your elbow, put a bandaid on and check in 1 hours. If you experience any burning, soreness, redness or irritation stop using the essential oil product immediately because your skin is sensitive to it. If you would like to be able to use products with essential oil in the future consult with a licensed aromatherapist or your medical provider to obtain assistance to determine what essential oil you should use to not cause sensitivity to your skin. Again, essential oils are extremely strong on the skin and are not for everyone.

By purchasing our products you accept responsibility to check with a professional before using any products that may cause skin sensitivity or interfere with your safety. You as a customer, business, and consumer accept full responsibility if continued use of or purchase of products without complete or extensive knowledge about

You have the right to ask prior to purchase or sample on your skin prior to purchasing. ENFORCED POTION LLC  is not responsible for any products resold. The business owner who purchased the product and resold the product with their company logo on it is responsible for everything including labeling, fda regulations, testing etc. We are not responsible for any product white labeled, private labeled, resold. Our products are not allowed to be resold on commerce and permission to be resold is required and a legal agreement will take place between the two parties.

The following essential oils should be avoided if you have epilepsy:

Champhor
Eucalyptus
Fennel
Hyssop
Peppermint
Rosemary

DO NOT use wild tansy, clary sage, sage, fennel, wintergreen, or hyssop essential oils during pregnancy.

First-aid measures after skin contact: 

Wash with plenty of soap and water. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. 

If skin irritation occurs: 

Get immediate medical advice/attention.

Remove affected clothing and wash all exposed skin area with mild soap and water, followed by warm water rinse. Wash skin with plenty of water.

 First-aid measures after eye contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Rinse immediately with plenty of water. Obtain medical attention if pain, blinking or redness persists. 

First-aid measures after ingestion : Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Obtain emergency medical attention.

Buyer shall make no trademark, service mark, copyright, license or patent infringement. No false advertising, unfair competion, trademark dilution or similar.

Buyer agrees to not create, publish, distribute, advertise, or print any material that makes reference to Supplier or use our name or any of our trademarks, for any marketing or promotional materials, whether print, broadcast or electronic, without first submitting such material to Supplier and receiving our written consent. Buyer agrees to not publish on commerce. Buyer agrees to not defame business, defame character or potential legal action may occur.

Supplier has the legal right to refuse to sell, or allow any or all of its trademarked products to be sold to anyone, who in Supplier’s opinion will cause harm to the image or marketability of its products.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to transfer or assign any such rights to Buyer.
ENFORCED POTION LLC . has the right to update this language at anytime. This language is not to be screen-shotted, printed or saved to any personal computer.
